Choreologist Job Description

Choreologists study movements that choreographers create. They are responsible for assisting choreographers by providing notation for new dance works and reading written notation scores.



Choreologist Job Duties

• Document and preserve a choreographer’s intention and vision

• Notate different forms of dance

• Indicate any changes in choreography and correct errors in notation

• Liaise with choreographers
